Role Overview:
This role is a dedicated Brand Lead inside MAD Hospitality. You are responsible for the full 360 lifecycle of your brands. That includes brand identity, campaigns, collaborations, pop ups, digital, activations, delivery growth, PR, and performance. You build ideas, execute, collaborate and work cross-functionally to bring everything to life.
You are the brand guardian, campaign architect, and commercial driver for your brand cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
1.360 Brand Management & Positioning
You are accountable for how the brand shows up across physical spaces, digital platforms, and guest touchpoints.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines and identity.
- Convert brand positioning into campaigns, experiences, and content.
- Collaborate with chefs, ops, design, and front-of-house to protect the brand experience day-to-day.
- Conduct brand audits and ensure compliance across outlets and digital channels.
2.Campaigns, Collaborations, and Pop-Ups
You oversee campaigns from concept to execution.
- Build full campaign ideas: seasonal, commercial, storytelling, and brand-building.
- Develop and execute collaborations with suppliers, lifestyle brands, and creators.
- Create experiential pop ups aligned with brand purpose and revenue goals.
- Lead all internal alignment with operations, chefs, finance, design, and PR.
3.Activations & Events
You run on-ground brand moments that move business results.
- Launch events, tastings, seasonal activations, new menu rollouts.
- Handle concepting, logistics, production, staffing, vendor management.
- Deliver activations that measurably increase footfall, content output, and revenue.
4.In-Store Marketing & Guest Experience
You own all in-store communication and experience touchpoints.
- Menus, POSM, tent cards, screen content, packaging, store visuals.
- Monthly outlet audits to ensure correct campaign deployment and staff understanding.
5.Content, Shoots & Asset Development
You manage content creation.
- Build shoot briefs and coordinate all menu photography and videography.
- Work with chefs, stylists, and photographers to produce brand-accurate output.
- Maintain a structured asset library with version control.
6.Digital Marketing & Social Media
You lead content planning and oversee platform health.
- Own monthly content calendars.
- Work with the design team/Art Director to deliver quality visual content.
- Manage posting, community engagement, and basic analytics.
- Ensure digital storytelling matches in-store experience.
7.Delivery & Commercial Growth
Your role directly impacts revenue.
- Optimize Deliveroo/Talabat menus, photography, SEO ranking, and promotions.
- Plan commercial offers and align them with operations and finance.
- Coordinate with CRM and performance agencies to drive reservations, footfall, and orders.
- Monitor ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates and improve month-on-month.
8.Partnerships, PR & Influencers
You drive awareness and visibility for your brands.
- Identify partners: malls, corporate groups, brands, universities, creators.
- Manage influencer outreach, scheduling, and performance assessments.
- Work with PR agencies to secure consistent media placements.
- Track outcomes and maintain partnership reporting.
9.Budget, Reporting & Operations Alignment
You maintain discipline and clarity.
- Track brand budgets and ensure spending accuracy.
- Weekly reporting on campaigns, performance, learnings, and next steps.
- Monthly dashboards covering brand KPIs.
- Clear weekly alignment with operations and outlet managers.
10. Innovation, R&D & Trend Analysis
Your brands must evolve.
- Bring forward new ideas for campaigns, menu positioning, and experiences.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend reporting.
- Suggest opportunities for innovation across product, brand, and experience.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of brand management experience, in hospitality/Restaurants
- Strong experience in casual dining, is preferred.
- Exceptional administrative, organizational, and planning skills.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, brand activations, delivery growth.
- Passion on, creative flair, and familiarity with global culinary trends.
- UAE experience preferred with knowledge of local compliance and labor laws.
- Able to join within 1 month.
Preference given for talents who has prior experience in restaurant chain/stand alone/hotels.
