What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- A proven track record of 2-3 years in a Marketing Role in a Luxury Hotel, Lifestyle or Travel environment in the UAE.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in Russian (native) and English.
- Possesses an in-depth Understanding of the Russian consumer mindset and evolving Digital Marketing trends across the Russian Federation and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) regions.
- Demonstrates proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns spanning Social, Digital, Media, and Strategic Partnerships that drive measurable impact.
- Strong Project Management and Analytical Skills, with the ability to find creative solutions, while taking Ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.
- Exudes passion and precision, a true FIVER who Energises every project and Embodies FIVE's bold, performance-driven Culture.
- A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a Can-Do! Spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads dynamic, market-specific campaigns designed to Drive awareness, engagement, and conversions from the Russia and CIS region, showcasing FIVE's distinctive Luxe lifestyle.
- Collaborates with Brand, Digital, and Performance Marketing Teams to localise Global Campaigns, ensuring tone, visuals, and messaging resonate authentically with Russian-speaking audiences.
- Identifies and manages Premium partnerships and collaborations with Travel Agencies, Influencers, and Brand Partners, amplifying FIVE's regional presence and curated appeal.
- Oversees Social Media Communication and Paid Content Performance for Russian audiences in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team, guaranteeing maximum impact and FIVE-Styled visibility.
- Produces detailed Creative Briefs and coordinates the development of Campaign Assets, Translations, and Market-Specific Visuals that capture the unmistakable Vibe at FIVE.
- Evaluates Campaign Return On Investment (ROI), analyses audience insights, and implements strategic optimisations to Enhance Engagement and Performance.
- Supports the creation and execution of Seasonal Campaigns, Product Launches, and Destination Events across FIVE and The Pacha Group, ensuring Bold storytelling and Seamless execution.
- Ensures all marketing content and messaging align with FIVE's premium positioning, elevated tone, and high-performance brand DNA.
