We are hiring a Senior Marketing Executive for a Sharjah-based free zone. This role owns the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, supports strategic planning, and works closely with sales and revenue teams to drive lead generation, growth, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, events, PR, and partnerships
Drive CRM-led campaign tracking, dashboards, reporting, and ROI analysis
Act as a senior execution partner to Sales and Revenue teams to support pipeline growth
Manage and coordinate teams, agencies, vendors, designers, freelancers, and internal stakeholders
Lead content creation across digital platforms, website, PR, social media, and sales enablement assets
Manage and execute events, webinars, sponsorships, and partnerships
Align digital and social media campaigns with agencies and freelancers
Monitor competitor activity and ensure alignment with industry best practices
Support budget planning, performance tracking, and optimisation
Compile and present marketing performance insights and reports
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Support the Head of Marketing in developing and executing marketing strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
35 years of marketing experience with hands-on exposure across multiple channels
Team management or leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of digital & traditional marketing, content, and social media
Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
Working knowledge of CRM tools, analytics, and reporting
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and basic WordPress usage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
English required; Arabic is an added advantage
