Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Dubai, UAE
Target Market: EMEA, particularly UAE
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute country marketing plans through integrated marketing campaigns, localized promotions, and strategic initiatives
- Initiate and support local event activities, from UAE to the whole EMEA regions
- Create and manage consumer-centric marketing campaigns to acquire new users, retain existing customers, and brand building
- Explore new ways to engage and identify marketing channels to reach our target customers, such as but not limited to paid advertising, event marketing, PR campaign, content strategy, and influencer marketing, etc. with headquarter's support
- Initiate and drive localised large scale demand and lead generation campaigns
- Help driving and executing on AI and marketing automation via Zapier, Hubspot for large-scale lead generation campaign and keep track on sales efficiency
- Ownership of region marketing metrics e.g. MQLs, Qualified Ops and traffic for the website and local marketing operations
- Driving local use cases and localised landing pages
- Supporting global branding and product marketing activities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with country teams and headquarter in driving marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing for UAE with strong knowledge of the local market, including traditional and digital media landscape
- Content creator and presenter experience or portfolio is a strong plus
- Experience in the European market e.g. UK, Netherlands, or Italy is a strong plus
- Business-level fluency in English and native in Arabic is a must
- Additional European language e.g. German, Dutch or Italian is a strong plus but not essential
- SaaS marketing and start-up experience is preferred but not essential
- Willingness to travel within the GCC regions
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
- A fast learner and can quickly adapt to changes
- A problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Strong interest in marketing and SaaS
