Job Description
Al Owaid Group, a leading food & beverage company and the region's trusted honey producer since 1991, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, manage external agencies, and drive integrated marketing initiatives across all channels.
This role combines strategic direction with daily operational oversight, ensuring marketing campaigns, content development, and influencer collaborations are aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue targets
Lead brand positioning, messaging, and seasonal go-to-market initiatives
Identify growth opportunities through market insights, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis
Agency & Campaign Management
Act as the primary point of contact for external marketing and advertising agencies
Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, offline, in-store)
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with KPIs
Content & Creative Direction
Lead content ideation and approve creative concepts across social media and paid campaigns
Guide storytelling direction to strengthen brand engagement and product positioning
Collaborate with the internal design team to maintain brand consistency
Influencer & Partnership Management
Oversee influencer strategy including selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation
Build long-term partnerships aligned with brand values and target audience
Monitor influencer ROI and campaign impact
Performance & Budget Oversight
Define and track KPIs including engagement, reach, sales impact, and campaign ROI
Manage marketing budgets with a performance-driven mindset
Present regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support and guide the marketing team on daily operations and campaign execution
Align marketing initiatives with sales and distribution objectives
Coordinate with production, retail, and external partners when required
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG or F&B sectors
Proven experience managing agencies and large-scale marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and influencer marketing
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Fluent in English &Arabic
