We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to shape and drive marketing strategies for MANE's Fine Fragrance portfolio. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing plans, conduct market research, and create impactful campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and support business growth. Reporting directly to the Fine Fragrance Creation Director, you'll act as a strategic partner to Sales, Creation, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and deliver exceptional results.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Drive multi-channel campaigns (digital, advertising, promotions, and major events like Beauty World, Detex & others) to strengthen brand presence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams for successful product launches and create impactful presentations.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources, optimizing spend to maximize ROI.
- Oversee creation of marketing collateral (brand books, packaging, POS, digital content, fragrance kits) ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and report marketing performance metrics, providing insights to senior management and driving continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support junior marketing team members, fostering growth, innovation, and strong performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of B2B Marketing experience in the fragrance industry, ideally in the Middle East, with proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and passion for innovation.
- Deep understanding of fragrance industry trends and consumer preferences in the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders and inspire teams.
- Strategic thinker with solid decision-making and project management capabilities.
- Fluency in English; French preferred, Arabic a plus.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
