Jollibee EMEAA is looking for a strategic and creative Senior Marketing Manager to lead the overall management of our brand in the assigned market/region, driving both short- and long-term sales and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute market research, brand, and product strategies, ensuring alignment with global initiatives while adapting them to the local market
-Lead the annual Brand Marketing Plan and new market entry marketing mix, engaging stakeholders and driving buy-in for strategic initiatives
-Manage brand and business performance, including forecasting, monitoring topline and product margins, and optimizing marketing campaigns for maximum impact
-Oversee product development, integrated marketing communications (IMC), systemwide promotions, and local store marketing activities
-Drive PR and crisis management strategies to protect and strengthen the brand's reputation
-Develop and coach your team, creating talent development plans, improving core competencies, and ensuring continuous growth
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, Management, or a related field
- 57 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Advertising
- Able to provide innovative ideas for new products, campaigns, and promotions
- Identifies issues and recommends data-driven solutions
- Manages multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
