Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a business-focused, hands-on marketing leader to drive the end-to-end marketing agenda for KFC across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, overseeing more than 325+ stores in our largest and most strategically critical market.

You'll be responsible for taking clear commercial goals and delivering fully integrated campaigns, LTOs, value platforms, and activations on time and in full, every time. You'll lead a high-performing local team, ensure daily execution excellence, and partner across the business to drive same-store sales, transaction growth, and cultural relevance.

You'll be expected to:

  • Drive daily business momentum through high-impact, high-precision execution
  • While also laying the groundwork for long-term brand distinction, digital transformation, and cultural ownership in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

Own & Deliver the Calendar

  • Lead execution for full marketing calendar (product launches, promos, digital campaigns, brand acts) with discipline and urgency across all channelsdine-in, delivery, aggregator, app, kiosk.
  • Lead market readiness, ensure full alignment across Ops, Supply, Finance, Digital, and agencies for every launch.
  • Run campaign retrospectives and apply learnings rapidly for continuous improvement.

Drive Business Growth

  • Own performance KPIs: transactions, AOV, revenue mix, value perception, digital penetration.
  • Translate data into action, be on top of store-level, city-level, and channel-level levers to unlock growth fast.
  • Drive channel mix balance and champion digital growth through app usage, aggregator performance, and kiosk adoption.

Lead Local Team & Agencies

  • Inspire, coach, and hold accountable a team of passionate brand marketers in Saudi.
  • Build an ownership-first mindset and bias for action in the team.
  • Work closely with creative and media agencies to ensure high-quality, high-velocity delivery of campaigns.

Execute with Cultural Sharpness

  • Work with regional teams to adapt innovation, menu, and brand campaigns to local Saudi context - from creative tone to execution.
  • Ensure everything from OOH to TikTok to in-store branding feels relevant and resonates deeply with Saudi youth and families.

Strategic Contribution

  • Collaborate with MENA regional team to shape the evolution of KFC in Saudi Arabia; from digital transformation to local cultural positioning.
  • Start to build structural shifts: modernize the brand experience, deepen cultural relevance, and rethink how KFC shows up for Saudi youth and families.
  • Balance short-term wins with long-term brand-building; bringing smart frameworks, not just quick fixes.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience in QSR, FMCG, or high-growth consumer brands.
  • Strong record of campaign delivery, commercial impact, and team leadership.
  • A sharp business mind, comfortable with weekly KPIs, dashboards, P&L levers, and growth diagnostics.
  • A high-energy executor, able to manage multiple workstreams, agencies, and launches at once.
  • A storyteller and cultural observer, passionate about connecting global brands to local nuance.
  • Arabic fluency is a strong plus; English proficiency is essential.
  • Candidates must have recent marketing experience in Saudi Arabia.
