About the Role
Rino Invest Group LTD is looking for a highly analytical, results-driven Senior Marketing Performance Manager to lead performance measurement and optimization across our marketing channels. You will own reporting, attribution, budget pacing, and experimentationturning insights into clear actions that improve ROI, scale acquisition, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance reporting across channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, Email, Affiliates, etc.)
- Develop and maintain dashboards and executive-ready performance reports (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, CTR, funnel metrics)
- Lead budget pacing, forecasting, and performance optimization recommendations to maximize ROI
- Manage marketing measurement and tracking (GA4, pixels, UTMs, conversion tracking, attribution)
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaigns, audiences, creatives, and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation across ads, landing pages, and funnel steps; document learnings and scale winners
- Partner with channel owners, creative teams, sales, and agencies to ensure performance alignment and execution quality
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or marketing analytics (senior level)
- Strong mastery of performance KPIs, funnel analysis, and optimization frameworks
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and reporting tools (Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI)
- Solid understanding of attribution models, tracking best practices, and measurement governance
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence decision-making across teams
- Experience in [Real Estate / Investment / Finance / Wealth Management] is a strong plus
