Senior Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, increase store traffic, and support sales growth.

This role requires a strong leader who can take ownership of the marketing function, lead marketing initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide guidance to team members while ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

* Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

* Manage social media platforms, digital advertising, email and SMS marketing, and promotional activities.

* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.

* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis.

* Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to support business growth.

* Lead marketing projects and ensure timely execution of initiatives.

* Mentor and guide marketing team members.

* Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.

* Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and ROI.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the retail industry or FMCG

(Minimum one year at least as a senior title with a team leadership role)

* Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in marketing analytics; Google Analytics, Meta Ads; TikTok, etc.

* Proficiency in English language.
