Senior Marketing Specialist

As our Senior Marketing Specialist, you'll design, create, and oversee high-impact marketing projects across multiple platforms. From big-picture strategy to hands-on execution, you'll ensure every campaign aligns with our business goals and strengthens our brand presence. You'll collaborate closely with digital, content, social media, art, and purchasing teams to deliver campaigns that are timely, consistent, and performance driven.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and long-term strategies across digital, social, content, and creative channels
- Build promotional calendars and lead campaign planning presentations for internal stakeholders
- Partner with the purchasing team to stay ahead of new product launches and ensure timely campaign delivery
- Plan and execute advertising, promotions, media placements, and events from concept to launch
- Ensure brand consistency, quality, and impact across all marketing materials and touchpoints
- Track, analyze, and present campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Conduct competitive and market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and industry movement
- Monitor campaigns holistically to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion
- Execute multi-channel strategies and track performance against sales, traffic, and click-through targets
- Continuously recommend innovative marketing approaches to drive sustained growth
- Prioritize marketing initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand reputation and public image
- Support the development of visual guidelines and graphic standards to maintain a cohesive brand identity
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing
- Professional marketing certification is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of market research, data analysis, and performance tracking
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing ideas that drive results
- Strong strategic capabilities rather than just execution-focused; experience in performance marketing is a plus
- Managing customer lifecycle and CRM journeys including onboarding, retention, reactivation, and win‑back strategies
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and content management systems
- Eye for design and layout that highlights products clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic, written and spoken
