At Boutiqaat, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist – Digital Channels to take ownership of customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies someone who can turn insights into action and campaigns into measurable success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and optimize strategies for performance and CRM campaigns across social media, email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging
- Execute localized marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, acquisition, and engagement
- Lead content adaptation and localization across all channels to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Plan and coordinate partnerships and brand activations to maximize reach and ROI
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing campaign assets
- Own and manage the campaign calendar, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and take corrective actions to meet targets
- Design and refine segmentation strategies using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data
- Build and optimize customer journeys across the lifecycle
- Deliver personalized, timely communications across channels
- Identify opportunities to improve targeting, personalization, and customer experience
- Align segmentation strategies with business goals and market needs
- Analyze key CRM and social metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, retention, lifetime value)
- Own campaign reporting with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Continuously evaluate and refine campaign effectiveness
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to align campaigns with strategy
- Act as a key point of contact for HQ and internal stakeholders
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance digital and CRM strategies
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning
- Ensure compliance with cultural standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in campaign planning, partnerships, and joint initiatives
- Lead A/B testing across messaging, creatives, timing, and channels
- Continuously optimize campaigns and customer journeys
- Use data and insights to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
- Stay updated on trends and introduce innovative marketing approaches.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (master's is a plus)
- 5–7 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing
- Experience with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and customer segmentation
- Strong familiarity with social media, CRM, and growth marketing platforms
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention, and performance marketing
- Ability to independently manage and optimize multiple campaigns
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and impact
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive optimization
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
