Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive revenue and engagement. Translates business needs into structured campaigns across digital, in-store, and CRM channels. Ensures campaigns are commercially effective and consistently executed. Directly contributes to business growth through customer behavior and product performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute campaigns across launches, promos, and activations.
- Commercial Performance: Drive revenue, optimize offers, bundles, and timing.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Align Instagram, SMS, and in-store execution.
- Collaboration: Work with content, design, CX, and operations.
- Experimentation: Test offers, pricing, and messaging; analyze results.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent campaign calendar.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in campaigns or marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and conversion.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in fast-paced environments.
