Job Purpose:
As the Marketing Senior Specialist, you will be the driving force behind Barn's physical presence in the market. You will lead the end-to-end execution of national events, high-profile sponsorships (such as the Esports World Cup), and localized retail activations. This is a high-visibility role that requires a blend of creative campaign management, rigorous logistical planning, and on-ground leadership to ensure Barn's remains the leading coffee brand in the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all major sponsorships and events. You will be responsible for site selection, booth design, permit acquisition, and on-site management.
- Translate brand-level marketing strategies into actionable field campaigns. Ensure seamless implementation of promotional activities and seasonal launches across all assigned regions.
- Source and manage third-party agencies, production houses, and logistics providers. Negotiate contracts and supervise builds to ensure they meet Barn's premium quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and lead teams of brand ambassadors and promoters. You will ensure that on-ground staff embody the Barn's hospitality culture and deliver consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure maximum brand visibility in-store, overseeing the installation of POS materials, merchandising, and tactical retail branding.
- Define and track KPIs for every activation (e.g., footfall, conversion, and sampling). Deliver comprehensive Post-Implementation Reports (PIRs) to the leadership team, highlighting ROI and key learnings.
- Manage activation-specific budgets, ensuring all field activities are executed cost-effectively without compromising on quality or impact.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Field Marketing, Events, or Trade Marketing. Experience in the F&B or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale events or high-stakes sponsorships within Saudi Arabia.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Skills: * Advanced project management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under the pressure of live event environments.
