Role Summary
Migdaam Sports (operator of UFC Gym KSA) is seeking a data-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to own 360 campaigns that drive member acquisition, retention, and brand affinity across our clubs and e-commerce/lead funnels. You'll plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, manage content and creators, and turn insights into growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences.
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and websites.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry developments.
Required Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in marketing or a related field. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategy development.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
