We're looking for a Senior Manager Master Planning to play a key role in shaping large-scale, mixed-use developments across Abu Dhabi. This is a senior leadership position for a strategic thinker who can turn vision into deliverable master plans while guiding teams, consultants, and stakeholders toward a shared outcome.
You'll work closely with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to drive design quality, innovation, and compliance across the full master planning lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading master planning initiatives from early visioning through detailed planning
- Translating high-level design strategy into clear, actionable development outcomes
- Managing and coordinating internal teams across planning, design, infrastructure, and delivery
- Overseeing external consultants to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with approved briefs
- Navigating Abu Dhabi planning requirements and authority approvals with confidence
- Presenting master plans, design strategies, and progress updates to senior leadership
- Supporting sustainability goals and embedding global best practices into developments
- Mentoring and developing planning and design talent within the team
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Master Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or Urban Planning
- 1215 years of experience in real estate design and development
- Solid exposure to large-scale master planning projects in the GCC
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- A proven ability to communicate design ideas clearly visually and verbally
- Hands-on experience with master planning and urban design tools
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
