 EXPERTISE

Supporting PM activities by Collection of Preventive Maintenance data from maintenance manuals and assigning to meet e-BEAMS data entry requirements such as maintenance schedules spare parts information etc. Collection of Preventive Maintenance data from Maintenance Manuals and formatting them to meet e-BEAMS requirements. Work with PC Software's e.g. Excel, Access etc. for equipment data collection and management.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

Collecting of equipment details of all types of mechanical items from Site, drawing and catalogues for preparing the data to input in e BEAMS System (e-Business & Enterprise Asset Management System) Development of Asset numbers as per e-BEAMS Equipment Numbering. Asset Specification entry of equipment and data sheet attachment. Perform all other relevant e-Beams activities as directed by his line supervisor.
