Senior Mechanical BIM Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Senior Mechanical BIM Engineer. The Senior Mechanical BIM Engineer will oversee the design, modeling, and optimization of mechanical systems in Building Information Modeling (BIM). The role includes creating detailed engineering plans, conducting quality checks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to project specifications and timelines. Additionally, the engineer will provide technical guidance, resolve project issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical BIM Modeling and Design
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and related design software
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience in project management and cross-functional team coordination
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and building services design
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices is a plus
