Job Description

  • Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
  • Coordinate mechanical BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Perform clash detection and participate in coordination meetings to resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  • Extract shop drawings, BOQs, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
  • Support site teams with technical clarifications and as-built updates.
  • Mentor and guide junior BIM engineers and modelers.
  • Monitor model quality, accuracy, and project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
