Senior Mechanical BIM Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Site Architect role located in New Cairo. The Senior Site Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design on-site and ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines. Key duties include coordinating with project managers, managing teams, inspecting construction progress, and ensuring compliance with architectural standards and quality benchmarks. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate design innovations and ensure the successful execution of projects.

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with an eye for detail and creativity
• Experience and knowledge in Project Management to oversee and deliver projects efficiently
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration, relevant to architectural processes
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Professional certifications in project management or architectural design are highly desirable
