Senior Mechanical BIM Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Mechanical BIM Engineer, based in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will oversee and implement mechanical specifications and designs in projects, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to create and manage building information models (BIM). They will conduct inspections, ensure quality control, and assess compliance during construction processes. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, performing mechanical system maintenance, and ensuring the optimal performance of equipment, particularly in automotive or mechanical systems.

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices
• Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and experience with creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM)
• Experience in conducting inspections to ensure quality and compliance
• Hands-on experience with Maintenance and servicing of mechanical systems, including automotive systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in a contracting or construction firm is highly advantageous
