Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Onsite Manager located in Ardah. The Onsite Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing regular progress updates to senior management. The Onsite Manager will also be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process and ensuring all work meets the company's high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Construction Management skills
• Experience in coordinating with contractors and subcontractors
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ardah
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in the construction industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia
• 15 Year of Minimum Experience
• Fluent in English and Arabic
