JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of mechanical systems across a variety of projects. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that our projects comply with industry standards and performance criteria. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and provide technical leadership to achieve project success while fostering innovation within mechanical engineering methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mechanical design projects from inception to completion
- Develop and review design calculations, specifications, and engineering drawings
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for mechanical systems
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a project management role
- Experience in design and implementation of mechanical systems in building and infrastructure projects
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Proficient in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent
- Understanding of local building codes and compliance regulations
