Location
The position will be based in Al Khobar, with regular travel to Riyadh (at least twice per week) to attend client meetings and project workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical engineering coordination and design review
- Review HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system designs and technical submissions
- Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, electrical, and BIM teams
- Participate in project workshops and technical coordination meetings
- Ensure mechanical designs comply with project requirements, codes, and standards
- Support multidisciplinary coordination and project reporting
Requirements
- 1215+ years of mechanical engineering experience
- Proven experience working on large-scale development or complex projects
- Strong technical coordination and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to travel regularly between Al Khobar and Riyadh
Software Experience
- HAP (Carrier Hourly Analysis Program)
- Elite Software (HVAC / Plumbing)
- Autodesk Revit (MEP)
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks (coordination and clash detection)
Education & Professional Credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration at Professional Engineer level or above is mandatory
