We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimation Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality, competitive MEP tenders across major projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review mechanical estimates, take-offs, and BOQs for tender submissions
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations and evaluate costs
- Ensure accuracy of quantities, rates, and overall pricing
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams
- Support junior estimators and review their work
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP estimation
- Proven data centre project experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, take-offs, and local supply chain
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
