Job Description:
- Review and analyze tender documents (specifications, drawings, and Bill of Quantities [BOQ]); prepare Requests for Information (RFIs), communicate inquiries to the client through the Commercial Department, and apply modifications including pricing adjustments based on the client's responses.
- Review the Instructions to Tender (ITT), pre-tender client clarifications, and tender documentation.
- Set the estimation plan and parameters for projects and communicate them to subordinates.
- Conduct site visits for national and international projects to assess existing or extended sites, or to obtain and validate information about the project's infrastructure, if necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (preferably Power).
- 5+ years relevant experience.
- Designing Experience is a plus.
- Project Management (PRMG), International Project Management Association (IPMA), PMP, or CCP is a plus.
