We are hiring a Senior Mechatronics Engineer to join our team in Sadat City.

We are looking for an experienced engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience in mechatronics system design, automation, robotics, with proven leadership in manufacturing projects.

Job Role:

1. Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate system designs and functionality.

2. Develop schematics, technical drawings, and 3D models for mechatronic systems.

3. Collaborate with other engineers and departments to ensure system integration and alignment with project goals.

4. Oversee the integration of sensors, actuators, and controllers into automated systems or machines.

5. Perform testing, simulations, and validation of mechatronic systems on computer-aided design (CAD) software to model system behavior and required performance.

6. Document design processes, testing results, and technical specifications for future reference.

7. Conduct debugging and troubleshooting of embedded systems and control circuits.

8. Ensure optimal safety standards and regulatory requirements are followed in all designs.

9. Review system designs for cost-efficiency, quality, and scalability in production.

10. Communicate project progress to stakeholders and coordinate with external suppliers and contractors.

11. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in mechatronics engineering to continuously improve designs and processes.

Skills:

1.Proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing mechatronic systems.

2.Strong knowledge of control systems, embedded systems, robotics, and automation.

3.Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or Python for controlling embedded systems.

4.Familiarity with electrical components, including sensors, actuators, PLCs, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.

5.Solid understanding of mechanical design principles and their application in automation and robotics.

6. Knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and computer programming.

7.Ability to analyse system performance and troubleshoot complex engineering problems.

8.Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset and excellent attention to detail.

9.Efficient teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
