Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Generation / Sales) including advanced targeting, lead form optimization, creatives, and budget allocation.
Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Remarketing) with Conversion/Conversion Value objectives, ensuring proper tracking and attribution.
Can deal with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 configure events, conversions, and validate data .
Design structured strategies and methodologies (Hypothesis Testing Learning Scaling).
Develop weekly/monthly dashboards and performance reports with accurate KPIs (Spend, CTR, CVR, CPL, CPA, ROAS).
Adapt campaigns to the Saudi market culture, language, and consumer behavior audience segmentation.
Collaborate with sales to align lead follow-up and improve.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing with focused on the Saudi market and B2B services.
Demonstrated success in running Lead Generation campaigns on Meta and Conversion-focused campaigns on Google, supported with case studies and performance numbers.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking mindset with a clear methodology for experimentation.
Solid understanding and ability to calculate ROAS.
