Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop campaign concepts, visuals, and messaging aligned with brand identity.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and objectives to ensure efficient delivery and ROI.

2. Performance Optimization

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and overall performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and creatives.
  • Continuously refine targeting, bidding strategies, and placements based on performance data.

3. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking platforms to measure performance and ROI.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to align campaign objectives and product messaging.
  • Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand campaigns through targeted advertising efforts.
  • Coordinate with agencies or external partners when necessary.

5. Market & Trend Analysis

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitor advertising strategies.
  • Recommend innovative tactics and new ad formats to enhance digital presence and reach.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and digital trends is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
