We are a fast-growing E-commerce looking for a senior media buyer to take our performance marketing to the next level. If you're a data-driven professional with a proven track record of creating and manage campaigns that deliver the maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and managing budgets effectively, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage media buying for top, middle, and bottom-of-the-funnel campaigns on various digital media platforms.
- Create, manage, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok to achieve the highest possible ROAS.
- Collaborate with the graphic design and content teams to request and refine ad creatives and copy for each campaign.
- Develop and manage the advertising budget, breaking it down by campaign objective and platform.
- Determine the most effective ad formats for each campaign objective and platform.
- Build, manage, and refine different audience profiles to ensure precise targeting.
- Design and implement A/B split tests to identify the winning ad combinations for each goal and platform.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to stay within the target budget and achieve campaign goals.
- Develop and execute sophisticated remarketing strategies for both customer acquisition and retention campaigns across different platforms.
- Analyze campaign results to identify new opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Oversee billing and ensure all campaigns remain on budget.
- Organize digital media buying efforts across major display, search, and social networks to drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Take ownership of the ad operations process from start to finish.
- Recommend optimizations for the website that could positively impact ROAS.
- Provide periodic, detailed reports on advertising performance.
- Conduct market research to refine paid media strategies and identify new opportunities for products and marketing pitches.
- Set up, verify, and maintain conversion tracking across all digital advertising platforms to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience running performance-based (CPC, CPI, CPA) advertising campaigns on a variety of platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Proven experience in analyzing conversion rates, click-through rates, retention rates, lifetime value (LTV), and other common digital marketing KPIs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, data visualization, VLOOKUP, SUMIF) for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent interpretive and analytical skills, with the ability to translate raw data into actionable business outcomes.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative campaign strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of comfort with complex data sets.
