Lumiere Group LLC is hiring for the Cairo office the following position to join our marketing team.

-Senior Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and other platforms.

* Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and prepare performance reports.

* Develop advertising strategies to generate qualified leads and maximize ROI.

* Conduct audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing to optimize results.

* Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively based on campaign performance.

* Collaborate with the call center/sales team to track lead quality and improve targeting.

Requirement:

*Experience at least 3 years in the same position, preferably in the Healthcare field

*Experience in the Gulf area.

*Fluent in English.

Location : Nasr City.
