Role Description The Senior Media Buyer is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing media across digital and traditional channels to support Uptown October Developments marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing media plans, executing media buying strategies, optimizing campaigns based on performance data, and managing budgets to maximize return on investment. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent messaging, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and preparing reports and insights on campaign effectiveness. The Senior Media Buyer is also expected to maintain strong relationships with media vendors, evaluate new advertising opportunities, and contribute to the overall media strategy of the company.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in Media Planning and Media Buying, with experience managing multi-channel campaigns and budgets.
  • Strong Media Strategy skills, including developing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven media plans aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills, with the capacity to interpret campaign metrics, identify trends, and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders, negotiating with media vendors, and presenting campaign results.
  • Proven experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with media buying and analytics tools, as well as basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Giza, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
