Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Media Planner to lead and plan our digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong media planning and buying expertise with creativity and analytical thinking. You'll play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and performance to deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, programmatic, and display networks.
- Translate brand objectives into media plans that maximize ROI and align with the client's business goals.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities.
Campaign Management
- Oversee the end-to-end setup, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns.
- Monitor daily performance to ensure campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure content is tailored to each platform and audience.
Data, Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze campaign data, extract insights, and recommend optimization strategies to improve performance.
- Implement A/B testing, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and attribution models.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with account, creative, and strategy teams to ensure media planning aligns with campaign goals.
- Manage relationships with platform reps, vendors, and external partners.
- Lead and mentor junior media specialists, providing guidance and training when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying (agency experience preferred).
- Proven expertise with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Experience with performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Google, Meta, or Programmatic certifications are a plus.
