Supervision of junior levels in case of absence of medical manager
Creating department schedules and communicating with sales dept. the timelines
Creation., editing of medical scripts of various services mentioned in CAT medical services presentation attached with mail
Representing dept. in company meetings
Preparing periodical reports of the dept.
Sharing in interviews for hiring new members for dept.
Sharing in building annual reports.
Sharing in distribution of tasks, new briefs& determination of deadlines.
Attending meetings/conference calls with clients .
Attending MOH review cycles on behalf of some clients
Participating in POPs (patient-oriented programs) assigned to CAT as a medical trainer
Participating in some brainstorming sessions with creative department
Acting as a medical reference person for designers and other depts.
Training for fresh members of department during last 5 years
Delegating tasks to freelancers and follow up.
Creating medical and pharmaceutical promotional & educational materials used by HCPs or the public, based on referenced scientific facts and the latest clinical trials with an attractive and simple flow via editing, summarizing, reviewing and translating
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medicine/pharmacy.
+5 years of experience with the same title.
Advanced knowledge of medical research methodology and ethics.
Advanced ability to ensure the highest standards in patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
