Overview
Perseptex is seeking an accomplished physician leader to serve as a Senior Medical Advisor & Clinical Strategy Representative in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a physician with a track record of advancing clinical excellence, contributing to medical research, and guiding healthcare organizations toward greater efficiency, safety, and staff effectiveness. The position focuses on thought leadership, clinical insight, and representing Perseptex in academic, scientific, and strategic settings.
Responsibilities
Thought Leadership & Representation
- Present Perseptex's work at conferences, symposia, and medical forums.
- Communicate the clinical value of advanced AI systems in a rigorous, evidence-based manner.
- Contribute to scientific papers, case studies, or research collaborations that highlight the clinical outcomes enabled by Perseptex.
Clinical Insight & System Improvement
- Advise healthcare organizations on opportunities to enhance clinical workflows, improve care delivery, and strengthen staff capacity using advanced technologies.
- Identify areas where AI-enabled solutions may reduce administrative burden, support clinical decision-making, and improve patient safety.
- Provide guidance on best practices, quality metrics, and clinical validation approaches relevant to the region.
Medical Strategy & Advisory
- Offer high-level clinical perspective to Perseptex's leadership on regional healthcare priorities and clinical standards.
- Ensure Perseptex's solutions are aligned with ethical, evidence-based practice and the needs of clinicians and patients.
- Support the development of materials that accurately reflect clinical realities and resonate with medical professionals.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia for meetings, site visits, and conference participation.
- Availability to travel to other Gulf nations for regional forums, collaborations, or strategic engagements as needed.
- Flexibility to represent Perseptex at short-notice scientific or institutional events when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Physician (MD/MBBS) with significant clinical experience and recognized expertise.
- Established record of participating in research, publishing, or presenting in professional medical settings.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, quality improvement initiatives, or care delivery optimization.
- Understanding of digital health, AI in healthcare, or operational efficiency is advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex medical concepts clearly.
- Arabic required
