We're Hiring: Senior Medical Content Creator

I'm looking for a talented and creative Medical Content Creator to join my team and take ownership of the content across my social media platforms.

This is not a typical agency role managing multiple accounts. You will be mainly dedicated to one established personal brand in bariatric and metabolic surgery, with a large audience across.

The role includes:

• Developing creative and relevant content ideas
• Writing engaging Arabic scripts, hooks, and captions
• Building and managing the monthly content calendar
• Turning complex medical information into simple, accurate, and engaging content
• Following current social media trends and adapting them appropriately
• Coordinating filming, editing, publishing, and content performance
• Basic video-editing ability; advanced editing can be supported by a dedicated video editor

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management
• Strong Arabic copywriting and storytelling skills
• Experience in medical or healthcare content is highly preferred
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Ability to work independently, generate ideas, and take responsibility for execution
• A strong portfolio, especially Reels and short-form video content

Work arrangement: Mainly remote, with occasional attendance for filming sessions in Cairo.
