Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least 8 years specifically in molecular diagnostics and genomic technologies.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent national certification.
- Strong understanding of molecular techniques, including qPCR, NGS, and Sanger sequencing, with proven implementation experience.
- Demonstrated experience in laboratory management and quality assurance in compliance with CLIA and CAP regulations.
- Expertise in bioinformatics platforms and software for genomic data analysis.

Job Responsibilities:
