Role Description The Senior Medical Representative (Haram only or Dokki only) is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for promoting Pharco's pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals. The role includes scheduling and conducting regular visits to physicians, pharmacists, and other medical stakeholders to provide product information, clinical data, and support for appropriate use. The Senior Medical Representative will implement territory plans, achieve sales targets, and monitor market trends and competitor activities in the assigned area. Daily tasks involve building and maintaining long-term professional relationships, organizing and attending medical events or promotional activities, and ensuring timely reporting of field activities and feedback. The role also requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and contribute to continuous improvement of promotional strategies.
Qualifications

• Strong Medical Sales skills with a proven track record in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
• Solid knowledge of Medicine or Pharmacy to confidently discuss product indications, safety, and clinical benefits.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related life sciences field.
• Experience as a medical representative, preferably in the Giza area (Haram or Dokki), and familiarity with local healthcare institutions.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage a territory, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to accurate reporting and documentation.
• Proficiency in basic office software and reporting tools; valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
