The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Medical Sales Representative to develop and grow our network of doctors and clinics across Dubai.
You will introduce Nurition's platform and product portfolio, onboard new practitioners, manage professional relationships and drive consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business with doctors, clinics and medical centres across Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare practitioners.
- Present Nurition's platform and portfolio of supplements and derma products.
- Onboard new practitioners and support their active use of the platform.
- Grow sales and product adoption across new and existing accounts.
- Conduct regular clinic visits, presentations and follow-ups.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and partnerships.
- Achieve monthly sales and account-growth targets.
- Represent Nurition at relevant medical and industry events.
- Gather practitioner feedback and monitor market activity.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in medical, pharmaceutical or supplement sales.
- A strong existing network of doctors and clinics in Dubai is essential.
- Proven experience acquiring and growing professional accounts.
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Confident in conducting presentations and closing new business.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in the field.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
