MEP Coordination & BIM

Lead MEP coordination across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Low

Current systems.

Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings and BIM models using Revit MEP

(Mandatory).

Perform and manage clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.

Coordinate with Architectural and Structural teams to resolve conflicts before

construction.

Lead MEP coordination meetings and manage drawing revisions.

Engineering Oversight

Review MEP designs, calculations, layouts, and technical submittals.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA,

IEC), and local authority regulations.

Provide technical guidance to engineers, BIM modelers, and site teams.

Discipline Coordination

Mechanical: HVAC, ventilation, chilled water, and firefighting coordination and review.

Electrical & Low Current: Power, lighting, earthing, Fire Alarm, Data, CCTV

coordination, including Civil Defense compliance.

Plumbing: Water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems coordination.

Site Support & Quality

Provide technical support during construction and resolve site coordination issues.

Ensure quality control of MEP drawings, models, and documentation.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

37 years experience in MEP coordination and shop drawings.

Strong understanding of multi-discipline MEP systems with a core specialty

(Mechanical or Electrical).

Mandatory: Revit MEP | Preferred: Navisworks

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
