The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Accountable for high-quality, safe, and profitable MEP delivery aligned with programme and budget. Leads technical and construction teams, ensuring compliance, governance, and assurance. Builds strong stakeholder relationships and drives performance excellence.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Direct the planning, coordination, and delivery of MEP works across assigned packages and assets.

  • Manage MEP consultants, contractors, and specialist subcontractors through design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.

  • Ensure MEP designs are fully coordinated with architectural, structural, and infrastructure disciplines.

  • Drive compliance with HSW, quality, sustainability, and commissioning requirements.

  • Oversee MEP programme, cost, risk, and change management, resolving issues proactively.

  • Interface closely with client representatives, authorities, utility providers, and wider programme teams.

  • Lead integrated testing, commissioning, and handover to operations teams.

  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior staff and contributing to program-wide best practice.

You'll need to have:

  • Degree qualified in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering (chartered status desirable).

  • Extensive years of proven experience in a senior MEP role on large, complex mixed-use theming and entertainment developments from a PMC/consultant perspective.

  • Strong technical background across MEP activities.

  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.

  • In-depth knowledge of MEP procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover processes.

  • Strong understanding of international codes, standards, and authority approvals.

  • Excellent stakeholder and interface management skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
