We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to join our team and oversee MEP construction and project execution across large-scale developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise MEP construction, installation, and project execution activities.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across project sites.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and coordination issues.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and MEP documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable engineering standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 7+ years of relevant MEP experience.
- Strong experience in MEP Construction / Installation / Project Execution.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Hotels
- Malls / Retail
- Hospitals / Healthcare
- Mixed-Use Developments
- Other large-scale projects
- Strong experience in MEP coordination, site supervision, and contractor management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, specifications, and construction practices.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
