JASARA PMC is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior MEP Testing & Commission Officer to join our team. The Senior MEP Testing & Commission Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the successful testing and commissioning of MEP systems for major projects. Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive testing and commissioning strategies for MEP systems
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient testing and commissioning processes
- Conduct and oversee testing activities, including functional testing, performance testing, and integration testing
- Analyze test results and identify any issues or discrepancies
- Coordinate with design and construction teams to resolve any technical issues during the testing and commissioning phase
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test reports and commissioning records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project requirements during testing and commissioning activities
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior testing and commissioning staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of MEP systems, with a focus on major construction projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within construction projects
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive testing and commissioning strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in industry standard testing equipment and software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for MEP systems
