Senior Merchant Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

Kashier Payment Solutions is looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Merchant Acquisition Executive to manage and grow client accounts, drive revenue growth, and build strong, long-term relationships with key business customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech, a deep understanding of digital payment solutions, and a passion for helping businesses scale through seamless payment technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, resolving issues and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Kashier's products and services.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business goals and payment needs.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients.
• Collaborate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success preferably in fintech or payments.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, POS systems, and digital financial solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights for clients.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent in English and Arabic is preferred.
