Senior Methods Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed method statements and construction sequences for marine and civil works.
• Analyze tender documents to identify technical challenges and develop effective engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with proposal and planning teams to align construction methodologies with project cost estimates and schedules.
• Conduct technical reviews and participate in client clarification meetings and project handovers.
• Support offshore operations by providing technical and engineering expertise during project execution.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, contributing to their professional development and overall team growth.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with NMDC's quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant certifications in Project Planning, Construction Management, or related disciplines will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in marine and civil engineering projects.
• Strong expertise in construction methodology development, tender engineering, and technical proposal preparation.
• Solid understanding of marine construction techniques, project planning, and execution strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and manage multiple priorities.
