We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with strong expertise in on-premise CRM customizations and financial services automation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail banking solutions, integrations, and end-to-end incident handling, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premise) solutions using .NET technologies
- Implement and integrate REST and SOAP-based services with enterprise systems
- Develop and support automation solutions for loan and credit card applications within retail banking environments
- Troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes, and deliver timely resolutions with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Develop and maintain SSIS packages and SSRS reports (where applicable)
- Ensure solutions follow best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (16 years of education)
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premise) customizations
- Strong experience in integration of REST and SOAP web services
- At least 2+ years of experience in automating loan and credit card applications within retail banking or financial institutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to independently manage incidents, tasks, and solution delivery
- Experience with SSIS and SSRS is preferred
- Microsoft Functional Associate certification is a plus
