Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Security & Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Microsoft 365 E5 solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise across Microsoft security, compliance, identity, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms, with the ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable cloud architectures.
Key Responsibilities- Architect, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 E5 environments
- Lead identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID (P2)
- Design and enforce Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust strategies
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender XDR stack
- Implement Microsoft Purview compliance and data protection solutions
- Lead Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategy across workloads
- Manage endpoint security and device compliance using Microsoft Intune
- Oversee email, collaboration, and information security controls
- Implement Insider Risk Management and eDiscovery solutions
- Design secure collaboration using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Integrate Power BI and analytics capabilities where required
- Support security operations, threat hunting, and incident response
- Lead migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft 365
- Provide technical leadership, documentation, and best-practice guidance
- Work closely with stakeholders, auditors, and security teams
- Mentor junior engineers and act as a subject matter expert
Required Skills & Experience- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft enterprise environments
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 E5 licensing and capabilities
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Entra ID Premium P2
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps
- Microsoft Purview (DLP, eDiscovery, Insider Risk, Audit)
- Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management
- Conditional Access and Identity Protection
- Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams
- Power BI Pro
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust and security best practices
- Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications- Microsoft certifications (one or more):
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Security Architect Expert
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Experience with large enterprise or regulated environments
- Experience leading security or cloud transformation projects
