Job Overview:

As a Senior Mixologist, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and beverage service across our outlets. You will bring advanced bar knowledge, leadership, and a passion for service excellence to maintain smooth operations and elevate the guest experience. This role requires hands-on expertise, operational discipline, and the ability to inspire and guide a team.

In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Maintain an efficient, high-quality bar service at all times.
• Ensure guest service standards are implemented, monitored, and continuously improved.
• Oversee compliance with all food hygiene (HACCP) and safety regulations.
• Support the management team in maintaining and enforcing SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and conduct bar-related training.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure all team members follow company health & safety procedures.
• Maximize revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and team motivation.
• Conduct beverage and equipment inventories with zero variance goals.
• Assist in developing revenue-enhancing initiatives and achieving outlet targets.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Hospitality degree/diploma preferred
• WSET Level 2 or internationally recognized beverage certification
• Must be 21 years of age
• Minimum 2+ years of hotel experience
• Preference of 1 year experience in a 5-star environment
• Strong understanding of F&B standards, service, and upselling
• Familiarity with Micros, procurement systems, and cashiering processes
