We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of high-quality cross-platform applications for mobile and web using a shared Flutter codebase. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Flutter, a deep understanding of application architecture, and experience delivering scalable, maintainable, and performant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end development of Flutter applications for iOS, Android & Web.
- Write clean, high-performance, and testable code using best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define requirements and deliver features.
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness across multiple devices.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs, WebSockets
- Implement secure coding practices, analytics and push notifications
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Stay updated with Flutter ecosystem, architecture patterns, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain a clean and efficient Git branching strategy, ensuring clear workflows, proper version control, and smooth collaboration across the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional mobile development experience in Native Android/iOS.
- 3+ years hands-on Flutter development with published apps.
- Strong in Dart, Flutter widgets, state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, MobX, etc.).
- Deep understanding of mobile app UI/UX standards, animations, and custom components.
- Experience with Firebase, local storage, push notifications, app-store deployment, and CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, Websockets, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with native iOS/Android (Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java) is a big plus.
