Responsibilities
- Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter framework
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed and high-quality code is delivered
- Architecture Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable architecture for mobile applications
- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and implementation of best practices
- Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks in mobile application development
- Performance Optimization: Optimize mobile applications for performance, responsiveness, and efficiency
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of mobile applications
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for mobile applications, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and code documentation
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a mobile developer, with at least 4 years of experience in Flutter development
- Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language
- Knowledge of mobile app design principles and UI/UX best practices
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries and services
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Strong coding skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership qualities and ability to provide technical guidance to a development team
- Experience in developing and deploying mobile applications to both iOS and Android platforms
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience with Firebase or other backend-as-a-service (BaaS) platforms is a plus
- Experience with native mobile development (e.g., Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android) is a plus
